Return Policy

At Isabella's Fine Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds for returns, we gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 7 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.

  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
  • All custom made, personalized, name, initial styles, and any custom orders are FINAL SALE.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount.
  • ALL international orders are FINAL SALE.
  • Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they are not damaged in transit. All returns will go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return, or a fee may apply.

How to Make a Return

  1. To request a return, please email to returns@isabellasjewelry.com
  2. Before sending the return, ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box. Sending in an envelope may damage the item, and we will not be able to accept the return.
  3. Print out your return label and ship the item back to us.
  4. Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, you will be notified via email.

Isabella's Fine Jewelry is not responsible for return items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it is processed into our production system automatically. Therefore, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.
